find a career that I love

Well, it has been a year now that Im working for this International Company, although it pays good. I dont think that this is the Career I love. Though dealing with Customers over the fone everyday is a challenging job, in fact you get to experience a lot of new issues everyday and get to resolve it, somewhat like fulfilling but it is the Management itself that I pity the most. We are the frontliners, we are the first to receive the wave and it seems that they are not taking these into consideration, no wonder the turnout for resignation is so High! I love the Company, My Colleagues, My TeamLead, and All the Friends I met during the course of my employment. Right now, I am currently on the Crossroads should I follow this current career or find a better career and leave behind the good pay…I think i need help here!

Speaking of career options.. nyahaha! I think ive had enough of my current job, imagine talking on the fone for like 8 hours a day and then we have to pass and meet all the metrics, isn’t that tiring? well.. i do like the job.. it’s just that im lacking the time for myself and also rest. Woooohhhh… i do hope i can relax one of these days!
