Proof that I seriously need training — 1 year ago
This weekend, I walked with a friend from the edge of Golden Gate Park to Chinatown. It was probably only 4 miles or so, and with only one or two hills. And now, two days later, I’m still at about 60% usage on my legs. Oh no! This just means I need to get moving more. Now that the rains have abated, I can hopefully get out more.
