Okay so I haven’t been working at this but today I start! I’m going to go make some tea RIGHT now, then after work, then before bed. Then the next morning, and so on.

Currently I am drinking at least one cup of tea a day. I usually drink chamomile tea before bed (my favorite – plus it seems to help with Crohn’s), and occaisonally green tea during the day. I hope to start every morning with a cup of green tea, peppermint tea in the afternoon, and chamomile tea at night. Then slowly increase from there.
