I’m making sure I stretch before and after going to the gym. I can now get all four fingers on the bottoms of my feet when I go to touch my toes. :)

Once I start my regular exercise I will do stretching along side of it. Definitely something that needs work. Once I can get my palms of my hands flat on the bottom of my feet I will be happy…
