as opposed to all the time. :) atleast i don’t crave for it as much anymore. which i am really glad about.. now for the next goal – to keep at my healthy diet :)

i’ve eaten enough for two days… and going back to the pantry for some more.
what the heck, you live only once… i think to myself in moments of clarity :)
at other times, i am desparately trying to give up eating junk.

my life these days is pretty stressful, and eating seems to be my new stress beating mechanism. just unconsciously, i reach for that bag of chips. or that bar of chocolate. or jam crackers. just about ANYthing. get the picture?
need to stop right now.. or i wont fit into my clothes a month from now!
