Become a forensic photographer

Here’s how the thought process went that caused me to arrive at my final decision…finally. I already have two years of anthropology under my belt. I could become a certified funeral director with just two more years of school. That’s all well and good, but if I’m going back to school for two more years for something I would be happy doing, but not ecstatic about, why not go back for the long haul (and god, I mean LONG haul…) and be able to do what I really desire. So it looks as if the goal has changed to “become a forensic anthropologist.” Knowing my luck I’ll probably be stuck in school for another eight years, but you never know. I could end up working in my chosen field in just a couple of years while still going to school. Now the only problem is finding the right school. There aren’t any in Oregon that are great. And hey, if I’m doing this I want to learn from the best. Which probably means Tenessee…the infamous body farm. It’s the only one in the country. So it’s either that or the Punjabi University. I definitely see myself in India more than back in the south. So there are still quite a few choices to be made, but I’ve finally tackled the big one. Wish me luck, cause I’m gonna need about a ton and a half more.

I’ve settled on being a coroner. Hooray. Good thing I’ve got some hookups in the death dealing business. This means going back to school, which I’m determined to do. Even if I have to rob a bank or buy myself into more debt.
