i have been going backwards for a while now and so it really is time to get rid of 15lbs. i weighed in at 137.8 this morning eeeeekkk
goal weight is to be between 119 – 126. i think if i try so so hard i can do this sensibly in about 2 months which would be gr8 as the weather is getting nicer. i am gunna start writting down what i eat again as that helps and doing more exercise the most important thing is to stop bingeing.
i am about 9st 13 now!!!! i want to be back to 9st 2 then press on to 8st 7 seems soooooooo far, and i dont know where to start!! well i do really i need to stop eating crap and shift my ever increasing arse!!!!
which is good because if i put on any more i will be the heaviest i have ever been i am at 136 now which is awful considering i was 128 about 2 months ago!!! and 123 7months ago, since i have moved jobs the weight has crept right up as in my old job i was always rushing about and running up and down stairs. but now i just sit down all day i also used to go to the gym and run alot but now my exercise is didderly squat, n e ways i am gunna put all my effort in to this and lose 15lbs i just have to,i wanna fit back into my clothes again!!!
no way i can get this done in 3 weeks, hopefully i can lose 7lbs thou and be nearly half way there!!
so angry with myself! i put on nearly 2lbs this week !!! its is my fault thou for drinking and eating chips and cheese 2 nights/morning last week! and i did hardly any exercise either, so i have to get back on the wagon so to speak, god im losing the will to live with this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
after a good first week of staying off all processed food and alchol i lost 3lb which was gr8 but im not looking forward to weighing myself on monday morning as my detox diet has been replaced with late night drinking sessions and pizza!!! but i am a bore wen i diet so i can’t win god its sooooo frustrating!!!!
i feel v v sick rite now, just had a major binge arghhhh, i feel out of contol of my eating at the moment, i have to reign myself back in, i am heavier then i have been in months probably the same weight as i was wen i first joined here over a year agoooooo!!!! i feel like my weight has held me back for soooo long, but i need to lose 15
