do u ever wake up with the urge to be constantly eating all day?? that is whats happened this morning! glad i have work so i cant do it!!! had porridge for breakie, taking soup for lunch and dunno what i’ll have for dins!

my boyf is sick of me moaning about my weight so he decided to get me motivated and we went jogging tonight and had a healthy lunch and and tea and we went for a long walk this morning too :) it was great and im feeling motivated.

Lunch – jacket potato
dinner – lentil soup and a roll

so my birthday week has been and gone and obviously i have put on a few pounds 3 to be exact, but i am so not suprised as i had two birthday cakes, cheesecake, 3 course meal, chips. chocolate and crisps and dip last week (not all in one day mind). and normally wen im dieting i dont eat any junk sooooo

its monday and time to get back on it!!!



so last few days 3 weeks ago

i have been quite ill this week and so havent been worried about dieting in the slightest, needless to say I FEEL HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!
i have to be really good the next 3 days so that im no bloated!
i feel sad :(



8 DAYS !! 3 weeks ago

i have 8 days but have come down with a cold, so that means no exercise and all i wanna do is sleep, i have to go to work thou and battle through as always. i normally have cereal for breakie but cant today cuz the thought of dairy is making me feel sick and they say u should keep of it wen ur unwell ne ways. i am gonna take soup for lunch 260kcals and prob have a roll with it. normally wen im ill i never feel like eating n e ways so this could be a blessing in disguise?......... no wait a min i feel like crap so NO! think im still 8st 5 !!!
