so last few days 4 days ago

i have been quite ill this week and so havent been worried about dieting in the slightest, needless to say I FEEL HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!
i have to be really good the next 3 days so that im no bloated!
i feel sad :(



8 DAYS !! 1 week ago

i have 8 days but have come down with a cold, so that means no exercise and all i wanna do is sleep, i have to go to work thou and battle through as always. i normally have cereal for breakie but cant today cuz the thought of dairy is making me feel sick and they say u should keep of it wen ur unwell ne ways. i am gonna take soup for lunch 260kcals and prob have a roll with it. normally wen im ill i never feel like eating n e ways so this could be a blessing in disguise?......... no wait a min i feel like crap so NO! think im still 8st 5 !!!

as i only have 2 weeks till d – day i know i wont be at 112 just not possible but i am aiming to lose 4lbs to get me down to 114. i started counting calories yesterday so i am allowed whatever i want noting is banned as long as i keep below 1300kcal so far so good.

monday – 952kcal
today – 1214kcal

what i plan to eat tomorrow adds up to around 1050 so its hard but only for two weeks and im gunna stick with it and see what happens

not actually sure what i weigh today will have a look in the morning!!
