So it is the start of day 4 of my 21 day clean eating before Christmas. Saturday night was so close to caving in and having wine and a biscuit but no I went to bed instead! Yesterday I had some breakfast cookies using just banana and oats and sultanas and they only take 10 mins in oven and are delicious. I am not going to weigh myself till the 20th December the scales hVe been hidden. This week exercise will consist off…...

Food wise just continue to eat no junk
But do have two meals out this week so damage limitation

There for tomorrow well technically today I am going to start a 21 day detox ( as it’s Christmas in 3 weeks 5 days and I want a big roast with all trimmings)

So weighed in this morning at 117.8 so didn’t put as much weight on as thought on holiday but 4lbs on in 12 days is still pretty bad!
I couldn’t sleep so was up at 4 this morning and was so hungry had an apple and a bel vita breakfast biscuit so that was 200cals already … Just got home from workout and had a banana 100
300 so far today … Anyways new goals set

I have been doing this whole weight loss gain yo-yo thing for years ….. To many years. I have got to the point where I need to get it done. I have problems with binge eating but I exercise a lot so that’s something.
So I need to between 14 – 21lbs I will write everyday to justify to myself
Had really bad jet lagg so slept most of the day but got up did some weights no cardio though :(

Its been bout 5 months since i last posted on here and suprise suprise i am still 8st 7!!!! i did manage to get down to 8st for my dads wedding back in september but have now regained 7lbs

for the last 6 weeks i have been gradually gaining weight and have put on about 10 lbs!! ans the last couple of weeks i have noticed the bulge but instead of doing something i continued the vicious cycle of being sad about it eating more chocolate and cakes and getting bigger and so i decided enough is enough!!!! so i an on day 3 of a 28 day detox diet. I didnt write on day one as i wasnt sure whether i could get through the first day but i did and so onwards and upwards :)
i weighed myself on day one and was 8st 7 3/4 and i am going to not weigh myself till day its over so the 13th july. Im hoping for a 8lb loss to get me back on track.
i he not written for like 6 months! in that time i have managed to put on nearly 10lbs!!! i now stand at 117.8 lbs where back in September i was 108 i cant belive how much i moaned that i was still too fat where the fact is i clearly wasnt! so now i think that i would appreciate that weight that is my new goal i want to be back there, as i know i can do it as i have been there before so i plan to come on here everyday and write what i have eaten and what exercise i have done. I am determined to get myself sorted
