yesterday

I did a few things for getting this goal done some day… in the morning, I dropped some blood test results at my new nutritionist office… so she can prepare a plan for me. Then I went to get a hair laser removal session. In the afternoon, I went to my orthodontist, who took my braces off and took the impressions to move on to my Invisalign. And at night I went to my box class where I sweated a lot, hoping to loose some weight.
Yeay me!!! I am proud of myself, I promise to keep up the good work. :)
