I took on a new job task that involves walking the entire plant at least once a week! That will be great.
This week I ran/walked 8km 7 days in a row then didn’t run yesterday because it was raining and I was depressed. Today it is still raining but I’m putting on some warm clothes and doing my run. I have lost 2 pounds!

I got a job with a better commute. I’ve ordered the Sidestepper and can workout 20minutes in the morning and 30 minutes when I get home in the evenings.
I hope to get my metabolism going and just be overall healthier!
:) this might be the most important goal I have!
