Well worth doing yes it makes you ache for a while, but the thrill of actually being in control of a tonne of powerful horse makes it worthwhile— my advice is go for it

Well i have been having a few lessons and this weekend I went out on a hack with my daughter so i guess i could say that this is done
Well i thought it was time for a progress report. I still ache each lesson but less each time and this week I did jumping which having had a pretty bad fall last time i jumped (19yrs ago) i was a bit nervous. But i did it and I am still in one piece. I am enjoying riding immensly and reccommend every one to give it a try!
Well i have more incentive now my daughter has now got a horse although he is only a baby 2yr old it means that i have 2 years to get good again and then we will both be able to ride him. So after xmas i have booked lessons – SCARY
I used to ride alot but gave it up when i had my daughter ( now she is 19) I was pretty good at it as i used to be a groom for a local riding instructor. So I AM going to do this again
