played some mellow meditation music. was nice to wake up to, did not seem to interfew with my sleep. the couple times i woke it was peaceful, not stressed—still kept the fan going

i have been waking a little less, still not getting enough rest. the exercise does help. running the fan for the white noise helps too, and my purple friend.
bed at 10:30 or 11:00 up at 5:30
maybe the walking and swimming will help to keep me asleep. not having the night sweats as much, but still waking up way too often. do other people really sleep straight thru?
