i weigh 159.5 lol…gotta be exact. I have lost 10.5 pounds and am stoked to lose 10 more pounds :)

i still weigh the same amount. I’m so glad that i didn’t gain any especially bc ive been eating so terribly but i want to get focused and do better so i can be 150 by my birthday.
It’s been 6 weeks and I’v e lost like 6 pounds. So I’m happy with it, i just have to stay on track and maybe start working out a little more.
i’m getting so frustrated b/c i’ve been working out and eating right for 2 weeks now and i haven’t lost any weight…not even 1 pound….i don’t understand why….
well, i’m doing pretty good on this goal. I have been working out a lot, last week i worked out all 5 days and i’ve worked out 3 this week. Its just hard because I want to see results right away and its going to take time…so i have to have patience!!
my new lifestyle is starting tommorrow. I’m excited. As nice as it was to eat whatever i wanted and now worry about my weight, i am so ready to become healthy again.
And i know its going to be hard work, but i really feel that i can accomplish this and that makes me feel secure in myself…
