I am learning to not worry as much, but I don’t think I can check this one off my list just yet. I am taking my meds regularly which helps a lot, too. I am focused on my tasks, my obsessive compulsiveness is at bay & although the depression isn’t getting better, I am going to the doctor tomorrow to get some help & advice on what I should do.
I am feeling better with each passing day. I am happy to be back at work and with my friends. I am going to find my place in the sun soon….I just know it.
