I began today : )

A year or so ago I went a few times to a Karma Kagyu Centre, so I know how to meditate (in accordance with the rules of this school). Today, after many months of idleness, I practised again.
I hope that it will help me keep my mind in balance and health. I want to be more helpful, more compassive (also for myself)... closer to the buddhist ideal of a loving, empty mind.
