I have made a vow to not way myself until May. So I am going to go HARD at the gym and now that the weather is getting warmer I’ll be going on bike rides frequently too. My eating/drinking habits are pretty stable but could always use improvement.
I really want to mark this off this year if not by May 1st!
I will be there when I hit 142lbs. I can do this!
Steady 152 now. Not where I wanted to be but hey at least it is still in the right direction. Just have to keep on pushing and working toward this goal. I am so close to the 50 lb mark. Only 10 more lbs to go!
I’ve been rocking a steady 154-5 lbs lately. It is definitely a comfortable weight but I’d still like to reach my goal! I’ve upped my game at the gym recently so I think I will start making some progress very soon.
Short term goal: 149 lbs by Halloween which is 41 days to lose 5 lbs a very practical goal.
Mid term goal: 145 lbs by Thanksgiving
Long term goal: 140 lbs by December 31st.
I’ve been working out by myself in the mornings now instead of with my friend. It seems to work out better for me because I don’t have to wait for her to pick me up and I can stay as long or short as I want. For instance today I stayed at the gym extra long and knocked out 500 calories on the elliptical and even tried out some new strength machines.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOO! happy dance I’m so excited. Down 5lbs. F’ yes!
I’m fitting nicely in most of my old shorts which has me dancing around my room like a total dork. I love it! I’ve been sick this week but am finally feeling better so tomorrow I will return to the gym and weigh in! I’m excited to get back to it.
Still moving down! I have gone to the gym everyday so far this week. Since it is getting warm out again it has become easier to fit in some extra exercise walking and running around.
For my birthday I received tickets for a weekend concert festival in May! I was soooooo excited. So now I have something to really strive for…fitting into my sexy shorts and being able to rock them! So far it has been a great motivator and every time I feel like I can’t do another rep or couple minutes on the elliptical I think “sexy shorts!” and poof I rock out a few more reps or minutes.

Finally out of the 170’s! I am super excited about this and have just recently became even more motivated to knock this goal down. :D
