But I’m not really sure it counts since I’ve been sick.
4:00 AM doesn’t count, I’m really not doing well. Last night was Friday (plus I wanted to stay up) so it doesn’t really matter, but 2:00 AM has become the norm during the week. I really don’t want to become dependent upon Xanax to sleep so I’ve lived on four or five hours for weeks now and I’m start to feel it. I really don’t know what else do at this point.
I’m starting to stay up later and later every night. Granted, tonight is Friday, but I still can’t stay up until 3:00 AM if I want to get my sleep back on track.
I am giving up. I surrender to the call of my fluffy pillow. Fare thee well.
So, I had my weekly unfuckmeup session today. I was supposed to be about something else, but when I got there she wanted to talk about my sleep. She wants me to take an hour every night before I go to bed to “quiet my mind” by thinking about anything that’s on my mind. I don’t know if I’ll do it. That’s an awfully long time to sit around with the TV and computer off. She said it’s the standard suggestion for anyone having trouble sleeping. And here I was hoping it was mass quantities of Xanax.
Yeah . . . I don’t think there’s anyone out there who considers 1:00 earlier. Well try again tonight.
