Ugh! I am sooooo….slooooowwww….but at least I’m out there.
It is TOO easy to make excuses! BUT…we had visitors for many, many days. I am now on Week 4 of my program (having conveniently skipped weeks 2 and 3) but I am able to do the workouts simply because, apparently, I still have some muscle memory left.
So be it.
