Yay am down again and it is getting exciting. It could be water etc but not going to stop and am drinking lots so bring on the 10kg goal. Im going to start running when I get down to 85 cause I don’t want to get shin splints early on and the extra weight will do that. I am planning on doing a half marathon in september and I want to be able to carry through with it.

Morn: 89.8
Well have actually gone down on the scale and I am stoked. So thats a total loss of 1.6kgs since my last entry. That means 8.4kgs to go to get this goal off the list. Goals for today and the next few – drink lots of water and exercise daily. Two things Ive heard that are helping me – treat your exercise like a business appointment, so you have to be there and if you want a brad you have to be an angelina(metaphor, metaphor – Im not that shallow but its working for me so who cares).

One week ago with no change, possibly might have to do with the week holidays Ive been on. So the new weeks goals are to exercise daily, try walking after dinner and take a salad for lunch. Need to lose about 15kgs in the next 60days very important.

Morn: 91.4kg
I think I was dehydrated last time I weighed in so taking this from 91.4kgs. Well I gymed it today but the food part was a no go. I am going to try having daily entries to keep me on track and have joined sparkpeople to keep better track. Goals for tomorrow – walk in the morning with a bit of cardio after school at 5:30, to pay special attention to food – crumpet and yogurt for breakfast, salad for lunch and really easy at diner (Im going out for dinner so Im going to plan ahead). Loads of water

Well first weigh in and 88.8kgs – well only going down fromhere. I feel so gross just in my clothes, in my skin so i must do this. Im going to buy a reward when I get to 85 not sure what it is yet but it will be good. Game plan is – take a packed lunch to school, keep lotsa fruit in my room and some to go veges(carrots etc), after school is the hardest – dinner (the hall Im staying at is so bad cause its buffet style for breakfast lunch and dinner). Im going to have to come up with a game plan to beat the buldge. Exercise is a key step – am going to take up running again and hit the gym that I pay for.
