mini goal 3 years ago

I think the best way to make habits will be to start with mini goals that are manageable and finite.

So my first goal is to meditate for 10 minutes 2 times a day for 1 week. After I do this I will renew or upgrade and do more mini goals until I feel like this has become second nature, like bathing every day.

I made it over to the zen center tonight and the people there were ever so lovely, so I’m going to try to make it over for formal practice as much as my schedule permits—and hopefully that’ll also inspire me to keep up with it on a regular basis when I can’t make it over.
