i started excersizing and eating less. i need to lose 70 lb for my sisters wedding in july and i havent seen her in a while so i want to look my best.i drink alot of water,walk for atleast 20 min and sometimes 40 depending how much energy and motivation i have so far so good im sticking to the plan but its only been a week and im hopeing to have more good weeks like this one.
