List for a better life

1. Floss and brush teeth daily
2. Do my homeschool every day
3. Eat healthy, have 3 excellent meals every day
4. Get into an exercise routine walking and yoga every day
5. STOP sitting around all the time get out and do things
6. Meditate
7. Keep house tidy
8. Have a regular sleeping pattern
9. Give up smoking and things that harm my body
10. Wash/ Shampoo/ Shave on a regular basis
11. Only wear makeup on weekends
12.Find a job
13. Treat my acne, dont eat oily foods/ Change pillow cases regulary, wash makeup off, Dont touch face, use acne products
14. Drink 8 glasses of water daily
