I have a job. I have had it for 12 years. I have had quite a few different roles in the company but have hated most of them. The company is rubbish to work for, they disrespect their staff and their customers and it is becoming more and more and more about statistics and numbers. I am not a statistics and numbers kind of girl.
I have been planning on leaving forever but I kept coming up with so many conditions – the money is good for what I do, the hours are great etc etc. But when you feel like you can’t leave the house every single day????what price happiness? So I have given myself permission to look for another job, something more fulfilling, maybe at less pay and perhaps working crappier hours – but it is time to stop making excuses and to enjoy ALL parts of my life again.
