This one is hard... 2 years ago

...I have difficulty getting over my exhaustion from raising a 14-month-old kid some evenings, and as soon as she crashes, so do I, dirty face, dirty teeth…the good thing is, this only happens two or three times a month however, that makes it two or three times a month that I have to start over…my goal for this goal is to do this every night for 30 days for it to be habit…I guess if my skin were visibly suffering I might be able to overcome the call of the bed…but luckily, it is not…

I seem to miss one out of every seven nights or so – not bad but, my goal is EVERY night – at least I got tonight down…I guess I am going to have to resort to writing it down and leaving little notes for myself -

have to start over – missed last night – was exhausted after getting the baby to sleep and just crashed immediately – ok, well, 28 days from today I expect myself to be marking this goal as done -



so far so good 2 years ago

haven’t missed a day since I added this to my list…I am going to shoot for a whole month since “they say” it takes 28 days of doing something for it to become a habit….
