I don’t know why this is so difficult for me to accomplish – I seem to be rebelling subconsciously against this – I have the tools and the information – I subscribe to the Flylady and I like what they are doing and I truly believe they can help me however, I am still stuck…not sure why…OK – I will do one thing today – I will write down (on paper) my evening routine and do it – If I do not, then I have to eat 5 black olives (which to me are like eating death itself…)
