I started drinking a lot of water at work. The problem is, when i am off work, i don’t drink it as much. it’s pretty much a habit at work. So if i can make it a habit at home, i can cross it off my list.
maybe i’ll try starting a bottle in the morning and carrying it around with me. Lessening coffee may make me think about water, too.

i challenged myself…I would like to make it a habit to drink water. When i am working out, i go through 40 oucnes or so. I have been drinking more water with meals. I’m getting there. IF i am in the habit of drinking 4 24ounce bottles a day by March 23, I will have met my challenge. OTHERWISE i give up coffee which will kill me, for sure.

OKAY…i am now up to two 24ounce bottles a day. I JUST have a hard time drinking so much water. I think it’s because it makes me cold, and i end up going to the bathroom every 15 minutes…
Will keep trying.
I am trying to drink about 80 ounces a day, but I am very bad at this. I struggle to drink one bottle.
