I saw a tv segment about people who always move. They tend to be thin even if they don’t diet or excersize much. I do things at a slow pace, so i am going to try to kick it up a notch. Stand instead of sit, walk instead of stand, do things a bit quicker. Of course, I am now sitting on my ass surfing the net.
