i haven’t updated this entry in awhile.
I am down a few more pounds. AND a pants size.
I haven’t been excersizing, just cutting out unneccessary snacking for the most part. Trying to eat fruit or salad at every meal.
and I am happier in my life now, so that helps.
If i would excersize regularly, i could lose it quicker.

I am down 19 pounds, although i am slipping back into the meal-skipping habits. I haven’t been working at it too hard, but i am doing tons of yardwork, so it keeps coming off little by little.
Eating healthier for me is decreasing carbs and increasing produce, also adding water .
i am a notorious meal-skipper, so since the beginning of the year, i have tried to change that by eating smaller meals and not letting 4 hours go by without eating something. Even if i am not hungry, I have a piece of fruit or something. I have lost 13 pounds so far mostly by changing eating habits.
