Means that I try to eat healthier, not at night, not skipping breakfast. Use common sense about portion control, fat content, and stuff. It works to use those last few pounds to fit into my smaller clothes, but as soon as I neglect that lifestyle choice… back to disgusing the muffin top.. or no skinny jeans at all :(
