Good News 11 months ago

There is a farmers market right out in front of my new office building every Thursday. I can’t wait to buy my fruits & veggies there! Since it’s mid-week and I am never quite sure what they are going to have I may have to adjust my meal planning somehow, but i’m sure that’s doable.



Week 1 11 months ago

Mon: Chili – delish – leftovers got frozen
Tues: Tofu with green beans and ??? – turned out to be with red cabbage and it was fine…
Weds: Turned out to be frozen pizza (cheeseless, so hopefully not TOO TOO unhealthy. And I made a delicious salad. How nutritious is romaine lettuce I wonder?
Thurs: should be Pasta with sausage and broccoli
Fri: Grilled shrimp and brussels sprouts

Yummm! What a great week this is turning out to be foodwise!
