ever since i have known my existence i have been wanting to design a car.
i mean when i was around 3 years old i would stop at a toy shop and want that car on the window. just the car. nothing else….
few years later when i had mastered the art of holding pen / pencil on paper, i would scribble cars on the last page of each copybook, on the a4 plain sheet of paper, on the table napkin, on the scratchpad at the doctor’s desk. give me a pen and paper, and you would get a car design!
by the time i was doing my engineering, which incidentally was in telecommunication, i was a better car designer than the mechanical guys! though i would not bother about the technical details i would concentrate on the layout and design… the so called creative angles!
while doing masters in business administration, in marketing classes i would be making designs of cars of future, knowing well that i would never get to make these cars…
while working, i would keep surfing car websites to see when some company lets it’s users create there own car designs. being in a internet technology this process has been more or less consistent since i also get to see latest website designs during the search and mix work with pleasure…
and that is what brought me to this site on 43 things. and there it was staring on my face, asking what do you want to do. and all i could think was… i want to design a car!
