I’m in a place where I can’t take classes so I have to rely on DVDs. Since I haven’t had a live teacher in a long time, and have been really stop and go with my yoga, I’m worried that I’m doing the poses wrong. I know everyone’s pose is unique, etc. but I mean I’m afraid I might accidentally do something to hurt myself, or that I’m not getting as much as I could out of the movements?
I think most people have a pose that’s really hard for them, and for me it’s Twisting Triangle. Perhaps I’ll consider this goal “complete” when I can do the full pose without falling out of it. Not that I’ll stop doing yoga then, but I feel like I need some kind of marker.
