I moved apartments at end of February. Went without exercise for two months, late Feb thru late Apr. Am now back into the habit, exercising about 2x/week.
Have been going to gym in new apartment complex. Elliptic exercise machine and some resistance machine work. The big thing is that I’m going.
would like to get it up to three times a week, but twice is good.
It’s such a production to go there sometimes.
I upgraded to a costlier membership that includes access to a facility that’s nearer to where I live. It’s not always easy to get there though.
i haven’t been in the 43things habit lately.
let me mention here that i made it to gym 4x this week. that’s a Good Thing and i hope it continues.
i went maybe twice a week for the past two weeks.
plan is to go to the gym this morning, then make it a priority for the week. not because i should, but because i want to – it makes me feel great. sometimes.
i think i went to the gym on sunday, friday and saturday of last week. it’s hard for me to remember.

i’ve been going to the gym 2 or 3 times a week. INCLUDING TODAY. urr, i will go today that is. it is good. it makes me feel better. it makes the anxiety noticeably more manageable.
... and it felt GREAT. just 20 mins on elliptic machine today, that was all i needed.
i think i made it to the gym feb 19, 21 and 25. memory is fuzzy though.
i don’t know when i’ll find time to fit in a gym visit today. but i think it is essential.
... it’s been an all-kerblooey february for me, emotionally.
i did a business trip from jan 31-feb 3. i went to the gym once that week, while on the trip. coworker led me through a treadmill routine that was a good deal more demanding than what i was used to. no ill effects afterward, so that was good.
the following week, i think i also went to the gym only once – friday, feb 10, at the end of a super-stressful work week.
the next week (feb 12-18), i went to the gym twice, on monday and on friday.
i’m exhausted this (saturday) morning though.
