I’ve been running a couple of times during the last weeks and it feels really good… You get a free mind, you can feel the blood running through your veins, and of course it helps you to lose weight too… But it takes a lot of surmounting to do… Now it’s getting too cold for me to run outside (I’m not that much into it yet), but I might go running in the gym, and definitely again next spring!
One piece of advice for beginners: don’t try too hard at the beginning! I started by running for 30 sec, then walking 30 sec, for 30 minutes altogether, and that does a better job than just running as fast as you can for 20 minutes…
