So this has been going really well. I drink mostly water, tea, bottled green tea, and orange/grape juice. It’s been great.
Yeah, I drink pop every once in a while, but as long as it is a rare occurrence, like once a week, I think it will be fine. I want to keep this up until January then I hope to cross this off my list!

I’ve been drinking a lot of pop again.

I recently went to the dentist and he told me that it seriously had to stop.
I really need to crack down on this.

So far, it’s going pretty well.

Am I still drinking pop? Yes. But only here and there.
I’m drinking mostly juice with my meals.

And the effect physically has been that I have been breaking out in pimples. It probly just due to the change, and I’m sure that when I switch to water, I’ll be back to normal.

I still have a ways to go.

I drink way too much Diet Coke. It’s so unhealthy.

I think I’m going to try what someone else had success with. Everytime I have an urge to pur a glass of pop, I drink juice instead.
And while store bought juice is (some may argue) not that much healthier or better for you than pop, it will not become addictive.

Once I’m drinking mostly juice, I can then easily make the transition from juice to water.

Here goes nothing…..
