move to seattle

I’ve been slightly discouraged lately. But I think its just holiday blues, as all parts of my life have been kinda crappy. The people around me who really know and love me think its the right choice for me and realize that I’ve gotta get out of the small town I live in. The other people around me, who think they know me but don’t really, are being very discouraging and telling me that they think its a bad choice and they are guaranteeing that I’ll be back sooner than I think. I’m trying not to pay attention but its wearing on me. I’m just tired. Working too much since my co-worker broke her wrist and I’ve had to cover all her shifts. Thats 6 days bartending in a row-enough to make anyone go a little crazy! Anywho, you can see now I’m rambling, so, adios…

So, I’m moving to Seattle after the new year and I’m trying to do as much as I can but seems I need to just bide my time until I, step 1) fly up and find an apartment and step 2) Get a job. For now I’m working as much as I can (I bartend) to save as much money as possible before I go.
