I have been lifting HIT (slooow reps, one set only to failure) for nearly a year.
So yesterday I moved to a 3 set per bodypart full body routine to make a change and hopefully make some more progress. Not yet got the exercises totally decided upon though.
Started a new plan yesterday – alternating 2 workouts, and working out 3x a week. One workout is torso, and the second workout covers legs / arms. I was recovering a little slowly when I was doing 3 x full body workouts a week, as I often ride 30+ miles twice a week and either cycle or walk on the weekends.
