Been absent from here for a while and not following my diet as much as I should, but still:

BMI = 23.6
Was 24.2 6 weeks ago

In a months time I fly out to New Zealnd for a one year working holiday, so updates will probably be sporadic – no idea if / when I will have access to scales!

Down 0.2 from last week.

A year ago it was 35.6 :-)

BMI = 25.2, assuming I am 5 ft 7

BMI = 24.9, assuming I am 5 ft 7 1/2

Need to get an accurate measure of my height tonight!

Currently sat at 25.5, so I think this goal should be atainable…. I started at 36+.

I dont know how long I would maintain for though, as I suspect when I stop losing fat and begin to build extra muscle, I will quite quickly go back over 25, at which point I would focus more on body fat % as a measure.
