Getting there 3 years ago

I started losing weight in August 2005, when I hit 231 lb, and decided that enough was enough. Fast forward to today, and I am at 163 lb (68 lb loss). I reckon I have another 10 or so pounds to go before I go on a maintenance stage, and maybe try to build some more muscle. At the moment I am involved in the diet and my stats so far have been:
Week 0 – 167 lb
Week 1 – 167 lb (-0 lb)
Week 1 – 163 lb (-4 lb)
