OK...I'm making an improvement 18 months ago

I know it’s already past 10pm, but I’ve been moving my “lights out” time up a notch each day this week. I intend on hitting this goal and sticking it out starting tomorrow.

As soon as I get my sleep schedule back under wraps, I’m pretty confident that my fitness goals will start to materialize again since I only work out in the mornings.

I need to firm my work/school schedule up soon because this goal is real important to me. Disses will be welcome if I don’t make any progress is this area within the next two weeks.
