bowl a 300 game

Tonight I bowled a 720 series, bowling a 245, 241, 234. The irony being that it was “sweeps” night where with a $15 entry fee the high handicap series takes home the pot. I wasn’t feeling very lucky so I didn’t enter, but would have won. Also noteworthy is that this 720 was on the same 2 lanes that my previous best 719 was on.

Noteworthy today only because of the (9-pin) 300 two weeks ago. The trend is up again.

It was in 9-pin no-tap. Still very exciting to do, and with my hefty handicap I ended with a league high (so far) 368.

Since I mentioned my previous best series of 612, it seems worthy of mention that I bowled a 639 last night…all games 200+. That’s the first 200+ in all 3 games…I like where this is headed.

last wednesday I bowled a 719 series…266, 199, 254…far surpassing my previous best 612 series.

The 266 game was the score in the title…oh yeah, and the guy I was bowling head-to-head against actually did bowl a 300 in the 3rd game…I’ve never seen that before.
