it’s been a year now. AND I lost 5kg so there goes my 10 pounds. gym. more gym. less alcohol. quit my job. and there I am, looking much better.

I’m failing miserably… even though I started going to the gym twice a week.
I’m writing entries about all this, coz I hope one day I look at this long way, thinking: “it was long and difficult but I did it”
Last but not least… here’s another attempt to “stick to the plan” which proves to quite difficult so far (eating cakes doesn’t quite do it with the protein diet).
Ok. It’s all about the proteins. At least with this diet: you can eat. Than it’s a matter of sticking to it :(
started eating proteins and veggies only, no carbs. low-fat yogourts in between meals… we’ll see.
