Invite 43'ers to make a list of 43 Chocolate Sites for Worldwide Chocolate Tour

Yesterday I have been at the chocolate factory Zotter for a tasting. That was really amazing, they have fabulous quality chocolate. All of their ingredients are organic, and from fair trade. Best of all, the tour was just € 5, and you could taste as much as you wanted to :-)

They had something like a “running-chocolate”, so I got the chance to try about 20 different flavours, among them very strange ons like Ginger, Chili (I bought some of it, its excellent!), Blossom pepper, and lots of other things. They have about 100 of different flavours…

Each tourist that visits austria leaves with lots and lots of Mozartkugeln. A few days ago I ate some Mozartknödel, a special creation of a local restaurant here in Steyr: each Dumpling is filled with one Mozartkugel. I usually don’t like sweet meals, but combined with hot nougat sauce this is irresistible.
