I started 2 weeks ago. I went to the gym and ran on the elliptical, stretched and did some abs one day. When I had limited time on the other days I did Exercise TV (amazing btw). I did several of this workouts so it must have been more than 3 days. I did the Bridal Abcession – I remember it because it was probably the most intense ab workout I have done in a while.

This week I got a good workout at the camp I volunteered for. ON Tuesday I went to the gym and ran on the elliptical then did some weights. Went bowling on Wednesday, if you count that. Yesterday I lifted weights and played basketball with my fiance.

I think we are going to rent bikes and go on the climbing wall next! Hopefully I can continue in this way!
