I've got myself a new plan. 20 months ago

As in:
I’ve suddenly got SO MANY THINGS to look forward to, so I can start over with fresh enthusiasm all the time, bearing in mind the new event coming soon. Like today I’ve put down a lot of cookies saying I’ll be on a diet ‘cause I want to look good at Beats from the Vault which is on Friday. And on Friday I’m gonna decide to be on a diet for Sunday’s Theatre party. Let’s see how this one works :)

Some weird way the need to lose 22 pounds has shrinked to a need to lose 11 pounds. :)

I am now certain that I’m going the right way. I’m losing weight very slow, but it doesn’t even piss me off that it’s not going down quick. Just amazingly I have overcome all the emotional/boredom eating. And when I do eat out of boredom it’s not more than a slice of cheese or peas (dude, that rhymes :D).

And I’ve reduced my portion sizes. I used to take a huge amount of salad and a smaller portion of potatoes and meat and sauce and then stuff myself up from salad and afterwards wonder why I was feeling so sick. Now I understand it came from the fact that I ate at least twice as much as my stomach could handle thinking it doesn’t matter ‘cause it’s salad.

So now I’ve put the bigger amounts of food in the morning and around lunchtime and have smaller snacks in the evening and it works because I’m mostly working or training in the evening. :)

About 15 more pounds to go.



Restart. 22 months ago

Time to start over.
I’m really back where I started.
Thing is I never really tried either.
I went to a BodyMove&Stretch workout today and I felt absolutely great. I also bought a ticket for the workout studio for 8 times so I just have to go there. :)
After that some corrections in my mind and some in my menu and..
off we go again :)
If anyone would like to motivate me then he/she is really welcome. :)

Well.
That’s to that.
I’m back on 130.
I’m quite amazed I didn’t gain any weight during my stay in Germany, but the lifestyle during those 9 days was absolutely different: vegetarian food, 5 cups of coffee a day, half a pack of cigarettes a day, cakes and beer, but then again, days packed in action, moving around and shopping.
Once back in Estonia I lost every sort of motivation. My days were just full of longing. I lost interest in everything, so lately I’ve just been emotionally eating and not working out in any way.
Now I’ve found at least one reason to start over. Possibly I’m gonna go back to Berlin on New Year’s Eve and meet the girl I met there during my trip. And for that I’m going to look amazing.
But I need your help, support and tips.

Haha.
Thank God the situation’s not that bad as in the picture.
In the PE class today I run about 2 miles without stopping. For a person who’s been a frequent smoker for 3 years and a non-exercising person for at least 2, that was something extraordinary. In the end I felt so dead, but still the victory over myself was sweet. :) I also did some simple exercises later at home, so the number is set on 130 even considering the last two days binge eating and sweet tooth. :)

So, four days of self-control (read: drinking beer instead of eating and no-hunger-hangovers) and I’ve lost 2.
20 more to go.
