Down to 150

I’m glad I remembered I had this. I have slacked off the last couple of weeks, but I’m but on a routine that looks to be more consistent than I have had before. Instead of trying to work out twice a day I’m just going to do one 45+ minute workout a day. This includes aerobic and anaerobic exercises which include but are not limited to running, lifting weights, kickboxing, crunches and push ups.
I’ve also got back to drinking mostly water throughout the day and limiting myself to one soda a day, if not less. I’m confident that I’ll be in much better shape in the next couple of months.
Okay, so there’s this tropical storm, “fay”, who decided to flood my streets in order to prevent me from running. So I’ve lacked exercising for the better part of a week. So I’m getting ready to jump back in by continuing my exercise routine just without the running portion.
Been lazy the last couple of days. I weighed in today at 150.5 today. So I’ll start back up again later today with some exercises.
I worked out this evening. Cardio and weight training. I’ve been consistent for almost a week so I sure hope to see some results soon.
I ran this morning for about a mile. I get pretty winded towards the end. I’m hoping to build up some endurance so that I can run without too much pain.
I’ve lost some weight about a month or two ago that left me at about 155 pounds, I had started at about 160. Now I want to get down to 140 or just lose the fat and gain muscle weight.
My exercise routine is ideally running a mile in the mourning then 30 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of weight training at night.
