i’m basically in the gym four days a week now, alternatig rock climbing or weight training (+rowing machine, and other exercies). saw a personal trainer a few times that got me started with a few weight training exercieses (see “starting strength”). also on week three of the hundredpushups.com thing. i’ve definitely “started working out” so i’m calling this done!
