Didn’t work out 2 weeks ago. 2 swims last week. Swam today….hopefully I’ll have the ambition to run this week…



Run

Went for a real run outside for the first time in a very long time. Felt good afterward and not too bad during. Sore today…so day off…may ride the bike to work tomorrow…weather pending.



Done slacking (I hope)

So fell off the exercise wagon last week, but, went on a bike ride on Saturday, Skied on Sunday and did weights at the gym today. Hopefully a short run tomorow.



Day off

...I think…swam the last 2 days…might go to the gym after work, but, I suspect my body might need a rest before skiing 2 days this weekend….want to exercise, but, don’t want my back pain to return.

Got in the pool again today after about a month off….was good.

Went to the gym the last 2 days….now I remember why I quit exercising….back pain….going to take today off, see how I feel tomorrow and then try build my strength slowly so I can exercise with out the back pain.



10 lbs

I’d really like to get back to the weight I was 6 months ago when I was training for a triathlon. Since then I’ve gradually gone from exercising almost every day to nothing at all….and I’ve gained 10 lbs. Bummer.

Went to the gym last night….did weights (which I haven’t done in months) and rode the bike for a little while. Going to try and go to the gym again tonight hopefully get a little run or X-training in.
