but not for fun or relaxation. And I’ve learned, while training this summer for the 60 Mile 3-Day Walk for Breast Cancer, that walking is both fun and relaxing. And if you throw a couple of hills in each week, you can really work your legs and butt! Today, I walk to train. I walk 3-4 hours at a time to get the miles in. I want to continue walking, everyday, to preserve my stride and smile. It really is the best exercise!
