A friend has told me before that I already am fit. Meh, I’m not so sure. Am I? How does one know when one has gotten fit?
I am decently healthy at the very least, and the more people who tell me I look pretty good the more I believe that I am, indeed, fit. Last night, she traced the outlines of the muscles in my arms and my shoulders and my stomach. That made me feel a lot of things, not least of which was ‘fit.’
So…is this goal finally complete? I’ll give it a few more days.
